The words are France, Great Brittian, Belguim, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Portugal because they are taking parts of lands of Africa.

It means that they are all different people and they want Africa.

This picture means that each person represents there culture and religion and ethnic, but in the middle of the picure is Africa. Africa represents how weak they are and how they let each and every person to take over Africa. It can also mean that maybe these people are trying to force these people in Africa to learn there culture, religion, and lanuage, But some of them will not accept it.
